The PC15MR track roller is a chassis component designed for the PC15MR model crawler excavator. It is made of 50Mn2 alloy structural steel, with good strength, toughness and wear resistance. Through forging and heat treatment process, the surface hardness of the wheel body reaches 50~58HRC to enhance durability. The support wheel is designed with flanges to clamp the track and prevent derailment, and is equipped with a sealing system to prevent mud and oil leakage. Suitable for a variety of harsh environment, to ensure the stable operation of the excavator.
